Welcome to part two of my Christmas Gift Guide. Not only that, but I also have some exciting news about Sock workshops with Rachel Coopey in the New Year, so stay tuned!
Today’s Christmas Gift Guide is for the Sewists among you. I call you Sewists because Sewers makes you sound like sewers as in the underground waste pipes, so I shall stick with Sewists! Everybody loves bunting! So many people admire our bunting in the shop, and it is so quick and easy to make and cheers up any kind of room.
Our bunting kits contain everything you need to make approximately 3 metres of bunting.
There are 15 pairs of flags, to ensure you can make your bunting double sided. There’s just over 3m of co-ordinating bias binding, and there’s co-ordinating Gutermann Sew-All thread to put it all together. Ana has written comprehensive instructions to help you along the way, so it doesn’t even matter if you’ve never made bunting before!
The bunting kits come in a choice of three colours.
There really is something for everyone! The bunting kits come in a gift box and are wrapped with ribbon, so you don’t need to do anything expect pop them under the tree. They’re suitable for older children (with supervision) to adults, and they’re a great price of £15. What’s not to love?
As I said, I have news about Rachel Coopey. She’ll be joining us on Saturday 15th March. Rachel will be running a beginner’s sock workshop from 10am – 1pm and an advanced sock workshop from 2pm – 5pm. Rachel’s workshop filled up very quickly in October, so make sure you book your place soon. You can book online or call us on 0121 314 6888. The workshops are £35 each, and details of materials required can be found on the online shop.
I’ll be back tomorrow with my final instalment of the Christmas Gift Guide!
